The Wildcats Kitchen class is winding up its Global Dish unit, where students have been researching their own unique global dish and taking the opportunity to cook it in class.
From classic dishes like Blueberry Cobbler, Fish and chips and Corn Bread to more exotic flavors from around the world, the students have been exploring and learning about different cuisines from near and far. With this unit now complete, the Wildcats Kitchen students are sure to have gained a greater appreciation for and understanding of the world’s many culinary delights.
